Description
The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) provides high level operational analysis and ongoing educational support for Celebree Franchise Owners. This position advises and consults with Franchisees to ensure the Celebree Brand and promise are upheld while driving business growth. This position helps to establish appropriate ongoing training support for the Franchisee and their team. The FBC position drives quality and consistency of the School experience to maximize the overall success of Celebree Franchisees. This position will support franchise locations in NC, SC, GA, and FL and require up to 85% travel.

Essential Functions
• Creates, nurtures, and preserves Franchisee relationships ensuring an exceptional experience
• Provides timely, consistent, and ongoing feedback and advice through visits, analysis, and assessments
• Pursues growth opportunities for the Franchisee and management members through ongoing and effective career development opportunities inside and outside of the organization
• Articulates clear standards and expectations, asks questions, and actively listens. Gives timely and effective feedback
• Inspires a shared vision by setting clear goals and fostering a positive and rewarding environment
• Participates in and lends subject matter expertise in the formation and delivery of Franchisee and Director training
• Advises and supports the Franchisee in hiring a qualified School Director
• Communicates and partners with the Director of Accreditation to ensure the execution of Celebree’s curriculum cycle and standards
• Monitors Franchise locations to ensure an environment that is focused on consistently delivering an exceptional Parent / Child experience
• Ensures that Franchise locations uphold and reinforces the brand in a positive manner through crisp visual presentation
• Provides operational and educational training to each assigned school, Including industry related research findings
• Knows the market surrounding each location and works with management to create an effective marketing strategy to maximize competitive advantage within the market
• Works closely with the Marketing Department to create effective marketing plans with identified metrics and goals for measurement
• Travels to support assigned Franchised Celebree Schools within the United States (up to 85% travel)
• Monitors overall management, financial status, market information and staffing compliance
• Consistently monitors School level performance for trends, outliers, and best practices
• Identifies the need for and ensures consistent utilization of tools, resources, and processes to manage operations and optimize productivity
• Advises and supports Franchisees with all aspects of the Child Care Licensing process
• Monitors and maintains files, financial records, visit documentation, marketing spend, licensing visit results and insurance coverage on all assigned franchise locations
• After analyzing the business formulates strategies and action plans with the Franchisee to meet goals and milestones

• Utilizes effective communication techniques and employs varying learning styles to connect with Franchisees
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines
Qualifications:
o Minimum of 3 -5 years in a field operations-oriented leadership role working with Franchisees.
o Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or Business Management related field
o At least 3 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients and/or sites and projects
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o Understanding of or ability to learn early learning accreditation and licensing standards
o Proficient in using virtual meeting technology
o Demonstrated success achieving expectations while working remotely and traveling
o Travel up to 85%, depending on geography and number of schools
Skills:
o Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence business owners.
o Advanced knowledge of consultative approaches and experience guiding leaders to make better business decisions
o Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
o Strong business acumen skills (basic financial skills, use of competitive data, etc)
o Time management, prioritizing and the ability to work independently or with a team.
